      Still waiting on mine - order status is currently on 'pick'

      It's possible that it is being imported from an overseas warehouse and may take another 2 weeks…

      Bit of googling describes what could be the process:

      "Once your order has been verified for compatibility, then it will progress through the following stages:

      Pick
      Pack
      Dispatched
      During, the Pick stage, the order is picked from the warehouse location and delivered to the packing area in the warehouse. The order usually then quickly moves to the Pack stage, where it is packed wrapped, boxed up, measured and weighed.

      After that, a consignment label is produced and applied to the box, and a tracking number generated by the carrier (e.g. Australia Post, Startrack, Couriers Please, etc). The box is then ready for collection by the carrier, which happens several times during business days.

      Once the consignment number is produced, our system will then send you the tracking URL by email, and also update the order with these details in your online account.

      At this stage, your order will have a status of Dispatched, although it may be some time before the tracking URL is active."

        Thanks. May have misunderstood the 'leaves warehouse in 1 to 2 days' note in their website. I thought it will be local stuff. Here's to hoping there are no rainy days ahead 😅

          I've ordered smart downlights from another au listed online store that showed a similar statement of "despatch within 1-2 days…" but it took about 2.5 weeks when I finally received the lights (it was on the 'pick' stage for a whole week)…

          But the wait is usually worth it for deals on such products 🙂

      Hey, if you haven't received your order yet and the status still say pick, I'd suggest creating an account and contacting them via their live chat…

      I was told that the grey umbrella is on back order and they only had the black version in stock which they were able to swap my order with and is now on the way via auspost :)

        Got the response from PC Market:

        It seems like the Xiaomi Umbrellas are out of stock, we're expecting more stock of the umbrellas within 1-2 months from now
