LKK Gold Label is more artificial then LKK Premium Soy Sauce $5.5

What you pay is what you get. I suppose Gold Label is still worth buying for only $4. If you are an organic fan. possibly Kikkoman is your choice (Singapore made about $10, Japan made may another few dollars more)

        • Soy sauce should invented from mainland China. Hongkong as a town or city may only have 100-200yrs history.

  • Do these have alcohol in it… soya sauce sold in sushi shops does have alcohol as per shop persons

      Most sushi shops in shopping malls use the cheap chemically produced soy sauce. Real soy sauce is aged and fermented which releases a small amount of alcohol as part of the fermentation process.

    Real soy sauce is aged and fermented. These chemically accelerated soy sources are truly terrible. May as well just add salt to cheap beef stock.
