  I'm done with LIFX. I own about 20 of these expensive bulbs, and they refuse to replace the two that have a dead white LED, under ACL, despite advertising them with 20 year LED life.

    Weird. I’ve had faulty bulbs replaced easily and quickly.

      Was it in their warranty period? Mine was just out, but well within the ACL consideration period.
      Did you buy direct from their online store, or via an Australian retailer?

        Actually, I have no idea. I've bought bulbs directly from their store and from Australia retailers. They all got mixed up in my house, and then at some point later a couple failed and I just contacted their customer support and they replaced them.

          @damion: You had a better outcome than me. They simply stopped replying to me, after initially telling me they were out of the 2 year warranty period.
