      I can't stand the price of standard joycons. Mine aren't working properly anymore and they're only a couple of years old. My NES, SNES and Gamecube controllers still work fine. The joysticks on these things wear out as badly as the old N64 sticks. The build quality doesn't justify the price.

        Worse than the old N64 sticks.

        I'm on my 6th or so drifting joycon. So far, no cost.

        I wouldnt buy them online though or you will cop postage cost.

        Downtime is a bugger though. Buy unofficial ones to use whilst the others are in RMA..

    Wait a second… it DOESNT come with a game?! Why on Earth do they include the name “ Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD Edition”, should just be called “Zelda themed Joy-Cons”.

  I was like ooh they're pretty…

  …then I realised the blues aren't the same. That's stupid - either give us different colours or the same shade of the same colour. This mildly different shade triggers me.

      I took that small section
      - box blurred it to get an average across it
      - colorpicked the average colour inside the box to check on a colour scale where it sits
      - put an outer stroke in hex purple to highlight the difference

      Definitely blue. FOMO dissapating.

        Its supposed to be purple and blue. Blue joy-con on the left represents Link's shield. Purple on the right represents his sword

  I truly hate I have to buy Nintendo items I don't need asap just for the fact I don't want to miss out to re-sellers. I understand supply and demand but just let me enjoy some coloured plastic would ya?
