      Depends on the category. Some items in my watch list were ebay plus 4% discount so 10% is better for a few clicks.

      Heard plenty of this before. At the end its the classic, the store refused to accept the cashback. I lost massive amounts of cashback last year to the tune of over $60 when there was clear evidence of click history and transaction receipt (within seconds of each other) and Shopback simply said the vendor (eBay) refused to honour.

      Stopped using them ever since.

    Everyone remember promotion from ShopBack a couple days ago spend $50 or more from eBay to receive $5 cashback??? I purchased something from eBay which were two items from ShopBack app I received confirmation email cashback 0 for both items so it mean l will not get $5 cashback. Everyone here receive some kind of this issue from ShopBack or just me??? It mean this time spend $20 from eBay everyone get 0 cashback no one received $2 what’s a point to use ShopBack bonus never received just bait people to shop via ShopBack app.

      I bought a $56 item, it tracked at 43c which makes no sense but the challenge still completed for me.

        I purchased Vacuum cleaner and mobile holder from Baseus AU I used coupon 15% off official PLUSM155 it was on eBay website. Total l paid $55 together. I received email both 0 cashback on ShopBack app showing transaction calculating. That’s why l want to share my experience with ShopBack if you guys spend more than $50 then receive 0 cashback that is not surprised. How many people fall for this trap campaign??? I saw today spend $20 from eBay received $2 cashback. I definitely won’t fall again. Shopping qualify amount received 0 cashback not again.

          Unfortunately the coupon makes those transactions ineligible, from the deal:

          Purchases that do not count towards this challenge are those in which do not meet the store's respective terms and conditions (including but not limited to cancellations, returns, exchanges, using unapproved coupons, purchasing excluded products/categories).

          Generally with eBay all coupons are 'unapproved'.

          Nah, postage was an extra ~$16, even if we excluded GST I still can't make sense of why it's 43c.

          Edit: I did use a $20 and $30 GC, but that shouldn't matter.

    Don't trust these clowns.

    The tracking especially with Amazon is poor. Then you chase up a missing cashback and it gets manually added, so you think, cool this should be fine then. But because it takes so long to be confirmed, you forget all about it and stop monitoring its status, assuming all will be good in a few months. Then you check and it was REJECTED. No notification, and it's past the window in which you can dispute it. So you made a big purchase on the understanding you were getting 10-12%, which you wouldn't have purchased had it not been for the cashback, but you ended up getting nothing for it and have no way to chase it up further. I had two rejected last year that were 12% after being manually added (meaning the transaction was confirmed on their end).

    I'm going to try and cash out all I've earned and then close my account. Not going to take up any more of their deals. I don't assume they will go through.

    I don't normally downvote a deal based on reputation of the company alone and not the actual offer being posted, but this is one exception.

    What a shock, this transaction plus two others haven’t tracked and I have to wait 7 days to report each one. PLUS I have to remember to send a separate message after I’ve reported yesterday’s missing transaction to make sure they add the $2 promo to my account.
    For those in the back (can you hear me ShopBack Rep?!): I have to report a missing transaction for:
    • 12/3/21 (on 19/3/21)
    • 17/3/21 (on 24/3/21 PLUS report $2 for $20 spend promo)
    • 18/3/21 (on 25/3/21)

    Keeping track of what’s missing and when to report it has become a full-time job with ShopBack.
    RIDICULOUS 😑
