@Inspectorfi: Last time (note for me that was mid-2018) - I called them, they asked my email of my officeworks account, which store I wanted to use for pickup, and credit card for payment.
Then I just needed to wait for pickup notification.

BigW has delivery fee, if you want to do price beat for itunes card with delivery, wouldn't they include the delivery fee from BigW?
@johnmelb: Yea it definitely works. Have done it a few times. It’s their policy for free delivery over $55 so do the price match and so long as the total amount is over $55 you’ll get free delivery.

So free shipping likely depends on who you talk to on the phone. I couldn't be bothered hanging up and trying again.
@apu: I mentioned the free shipping, the lady didn't want to do it. She referred to the BigW note "in store only".
Anyway, I ended up picking it up, didn't want to hang up and call again.
So experience is dependent on who you're dealing with on the phone.

It's irony on ato scammers ATO = AUSTRALIAN TAXATION OFFICE, go YouTube. IRS (American government tax department- Internal revenue services) scam iTunes cards or something along those lines
Scammers pretend to be ATO asking you to pay debt by iTunes GCs. Few weeks ago, they called me and I just told them to wait as I needed to check with the police. They hung up immediately, lol.

95% of 85% meaning 0.95*85= you paying 80.75% price of original amount or getting 19.25% off not 20%
This is the only time, I can't find the iTunes instore when 15% is on.

I had a call from 'telstra' that there was an issue with our nbn. I was confused as we are with iinet. After 5 mins of confusing him, his supervisor who spoke better english, demanded i take action now. He became quite irate when i called him a lmjb.

My local OW has been getting really cranky over price beat. The last time I tried to price beat, one guy said no. Another more experienced guy took over and said yes.

But there experiences also differ, I didn't get free shipping for >$50 or $55 spend, I did get price beat.
