  • Pepsi Max with lime???

    really?

    • that's what it says on the catalogue
Ceasefire Lime (it says on the bottle in the picture)
Must be a new Pepsi Max variation.

    • I think they sold it at Coles for a while as a promotion, along with the 'extra hot' doritoes chips.

      edit:
      http://mumbrella.com.au/pepsico-launches-doritospepsi-max-co…

      • Its actually not a bad taste combo, dunno if i'd necessarily stock up on the pepsi ceasefire but the spicy doritoes definitely

    • I love pepsi max and i love lime. I do not like this ceasefire stuff, at all. Try one before you stock up.

      • yeah, pepsi max lime is pretty shit

      • Yeah it's pretty rank. Used to love Diet Coke with lime when it was available a few years back.

  • The 3m x 3m Gazebo in that catalogue for $40 is a good price.

It's not a "popup" one - it's the cheaper kind that you push white steel tubes into plastic corner connectors… but if you need something to get some shade then there's nothing much cheaper (I've been looking since November)

Well if we are going to promote the anti-bargain duopoly's catalogue, we might as well do the others.

Where is Aldi, IGA, Dimmeys/Forges, etc, etc.

    • For Aldi there's no need, their grocery prices are stable and any bargains tend to be local manager specials, e.g. the 4kg of potatoes I got yesterday. The "weird" non-grocery stuff gets posted on OzBargain already. It just goes to show how Coolies manipulates prices to draw people into the store. But if you are a true OzBargainer, you will have the willpower to buy just the specials. :)

      • My point being that EVERYTHING in their catalogues get onto here, but only exceptional stuff from Aldi, etc gets on here.

        Down down Coles/Woolworths.

        • Not so, only the top 20 or 30 items. But because Aldi plays it straight, no sensationalism in dropping some items every week, they don't get publicity. Hopefully OzB people know better. I always buy the wheat biscuits from Aldi, the normal price is cheaper than Coolies special. It's as good as the name brand, and may in fact be made in the same factory.

    • Coles and Woolies tend to have similar specials nation-wide, whereas the others vary a lot more from store to store.

(I'm not really sure what any of this has to do with The Reject Shop though)

  • Thanks OP. I'm gunna load up on some Old Gold and cleaning products using some of my Ourdeal/Stockland giftcards…..

  • good price on copy paper ($3.50 for 500 sheets) and various Pantene products at $1.75 each.

YAY!!!! pepsi with lime, awesome thank you been looking eeverywhere for it, thanks

  • It is worth noting the Pepsi Lime had a Best Before of 31/1/12 at my local (and most likely all)

Great price for Pringles ($2 for 140g can).

  • I bought the Old Gold Bars at Riverton WA (Stockland). I sorted through them as I could tell some were heat affected - half of the bar had moved over to the other side, etc. Most had heaps of bloom when I got them home and were crumbly. I didn't mind too much as I was using them for cooking and was melting them in cream anyway. I would not be buying these to eat straight people - at least the ones from Rivertom.
