Yeah I haven't used it either. I have a 28degrees card though, surprised they haven't tried to cross sell it to me.
The $20 will be taken off once you log in to Latitude. You will get the opportunity to see the discount before you confirm.

Got a funny msg at the end of signing up with Latitude. "Your LatitudePay payment has not been successful. Please try again or choose another payment method." and "Unfortunately you can't currently use LatitudePay. Please contact us at [email protected]." from Latitude.

I've been using latitude for a while now, hasn't had any problem until today…
The same. And my available credit say $0, even though I have just $60 owing and have never defaulted on a payment.
They've been sending out $50 off $100 spend offers to those affected by this last month. Not a bad offer.
