          I just did this. I went through the tradeup app again and a new code came up. Gonna refuse delivery tomorrow.

I managed to find a family member with a s6 collecting dust that I used for trade in, got myself 2 new voucher codes ($200 + $50). Managed to stack all 3 vouchers and put through a new order for the 256gb. Will try and sell the 128gb for hopefully for a small profit, if it doesn't sell within 14 days will go down the 'change of mind' path. Refund will take 30 days though. Thanks all for the suggestions.

                    • @Jdmmps: Lucky. Mine went from "preparing dispatched" to "cancelled". I had to call the call centre and they said it was because I stacked discounts. I even gave them a timestamp where the bloke gave me the $200 voucher with no disclaimers but they didnt care.

    • Currently in the same boat. Pulled the trigger on the 128 as rumours of voucher stacking was not going to work. Spoke to live chat and they told me to email [email protected] to see what they can do. Phone is tracked to be delivered tomorrow morning so hopefully they get back asap.

      • lol they wont. they sent me on the same tangent all day yesterday from the moment the order got approved. after I got an email saying its being delivered tomorrow (today), I called up and the lady said it takes 1-3 days to be actioned. i scoffed and said that's a useless support for an express 1-2day order. Went in-store and the bloke helped me obtain a new trade-up code so I made a 2nd order last night. I'll refuse delivery when the 128gb arrives today

        • Yeah still no reply and received the phone this morning. Just gonna stick with it and use cloud storage if storage is an issue. Seems like a massive hassle to get it back to them and get a new one. Best of luck to you in obtaining a 256gb version

The girl yesterday told me to refuse delivery and they will cancel the order…what she didn't say was refused delivery takes up to 30 days to receive refund. Acceptance and return (via AusPost) take around 5 days…food for thought in case you want to make a 2nd purchase tonight

      I bought the 128GB on Friday while the 256GB was in stock. I have lots of external hard drives so I couldn't justify paying $100 more for just extra 128GB of space. My current 2 year old S10 Plus is also 128GB and it isn't even close to full.

    • You'll get a text with tracking id from startrack. If you want it earlier just ask the chat support.

          I think if you have the Australia Post tracking app and the email address you used to sign up with it is the same as the email address linked to your Samsung account it should automatically show up with the tracking number. I haven't received a text or email with a tracking number but it automatically showed up in the Australia Post app and already shows as on the way to the next facility.

    Placed the order for my S21 Ultra on Friday night, dispatched yesterday, and delivered today, waiting to be collected from my local AusPost office (my postie always shows up late in the afternoon when I am not home). That's one speedy delivery.

  • Just asked Livechat to clarify a non-return scenario. They said I'd be charged my old device trade value plus a non-return fee. I asked what the non-return fee is and if it includes the $500 and he said only the trade company can answer that. Sooo still unsure about the $500.

    Ordered Pink S21 for wife on 26 March 2021. Just received email stating that due to unforeseen issues affecting some orders there will likely be a delay with your order. The current ETA for your order is Friday the 16th of April.

    This suggests to me that the next delivery of new stock to Samsung (other than returns) is expected to be the 16th of April.

Having said that i am surprised Samsung are allowing $750 off their new phones, its crazy the price people are getting a new S21 for. Hope they dont stop it before i get to order tomorrow! We are 5 days in from when this is posted and people were stacking today, im sure they would stop it quicker then this long if they wanted to.

    Has anyone not received the email for the trade in? I received my s21 on Monday but haven't received the email from Ausurion. My husband received his phone this morning and he received the email too. I tried calling Samsung but they weren't much help. I have emailed Ausurion this morning but they haven't responded :(

      • Yep emailed that address and checked my junk folder. Hopefully they will respond soon. The Samsung agent was telling me don't worry they will reach out to me when they see that I haven't returned the phone before charging but I would rather not get to that stage.

        • Yes. I reached out to Asurion at the above email address, confirmed that I hadn't received the email, it wasn't in junk mail etc, and provided the trade in + order ref numbers…

          They sent the email with the instructions/label within a day.

Annoyingly I sent another email from my other email address and they responded 40 mins later saying that I would have received the return label when I ordered the phone. I responded back saying that's not the case with other customers and they haven't replied and it's been hours.

                Don't get why they couldn't just give me a return label when I told them I searched my emails already.

    If anyone's wondering about the battery life on the S21. Here's what I'm getting earlier tonight for 30% usage. Went out for dinner, so usage would be some web browsing, Facebook, WhatsApp, bit of Google maps, a few photos, some light reading.

    • The same happened to me. I got a new $200 code from after hours chat by providing the code that doesn’t work. Even though they mentioned no stacking, order went through and got a confirmation last night.

  • HELP please. I've downloaded the trade-up app for my Oppo R9s (deemed worthy on the website for $35 trade-in).
    However when downloading the app on the phone it says it's ineligible. Everything has been reset and should have no reason to even reject it. I can't even get to the starting point of the test.

    Sim card is in as advised in previous post but can't get any further. suggestions please? If i go to the store will they be able to physically assess it?

                    @U30004: His timelines don't make sense either:

                    Bought 19th
                    Delivery likely 22nd
                    charged $35 on 27th
                    charged $500 bonus on 30th

                    Asurion will send the initial email on day of delivery or the next day, and another reminder 7 days later. So based on his timeline he should've received a reminder on 29th but he says he got charged by Asurion on 27th, doesn't make sense.
