i have one, more comfortable than bose QC35II,
no feeling much pressure on head.

sound quality is just ok,how ever QC35ii is also not fantastic imo.

    • Curious what counts as 'good sound quality' to you?

Not OP, but noise cancelling will 'ruin' or diminish sound quality. Wireless also diminishes audio quality. But sound quality in headphones isn't going to be perfect when shopping for noise cancelling or wireless functions.

That being said, I have a decent pair of Beyers, run through a decent headphone amp, and I also have this pair advertised. If I'm sitting down at the laptop, of course I'm wearing my beyers, but walking around the house, walking the dog etc I take these TaoTronics every time. Super comfortable for extended periods, great battery life, good bluetooth connection, and audio quality is really good too, price considered I haven't seen any pair sound this good for under $100, no way would I choose the bose QC, QC2, QC700 over these, until they are advertised at a similar price point. From the range of headphonses I've tried, these beat most, wired or not, but I haven't tried many budget pairs.

These are great headphones for their price, really can not got wrong.

  • My BH055's are faulty (have both Hybrid and APTx). TT have offered me these BH90s (have Hybrid) or BH85s (have Aptx) as a replacement.

    Which would you chose?

Guessing you cant add Hybrid support to the Bh85s, but could I add a dongle to the BH90s to get Aptx support? (or does it need to be native in the headphone itself)?

Since both have the same drivers, I'm guessing the sound output from each is identical?

    • if you are listening to CD quality audio or higher then Aptx (BH085) makes sense. If you are into NC then BH090 would be my pick.

      • I think Aptx is for video and conference call delays over bluetooth?

    • I guess the major difference is size and weight.
