Complain to Ebay, because it was displaying on eBay about 4pm drop and it wasnt listed on seller's page or something. although seller may indirectly be controlling this

But I didn’t get a email and it’s not in purchase history.

na, this happened to me be4,
i made the purchase be4 it sold out and it stuck in conform screen loading and loading,
i didn't close the payment page and 5min latter it went through even though the listing page saids sold out mins ago.
When i stay on payment page any more a second after items sold out, I would always get "Quantity not available" or something like that

I think they only advertise drop at 4pm, didnt see anywhere saying "215" units at 4pm. If it is so technically they can get away with excuses of they dropped 1 unit at 4 pm, (someone bought at 4:02)

I know when I had an issue with the airpods (showed as purchased then disappeared ) it took almost a week for them to report back.

Had to contact Ebay several times and put pressure on them, complained that it was misleading eg it says it starts at 4pm but it started 5 minutes earlier etc, then demanded to speak to the manager and then he eventually agreed to issue us the vouchers 😂😂😂
