  • Is the AX3000 worth the premium over AX56U? I don't need crazy speeds just better wifi coverage than my ISP router

    • Yeah…I blinked and missed that one. Bummer, been after one of these…but aiming for sub-$350, and don't want the Amazon UK one that comes up now and then (I hate plug adaptors).

      • what's wrong with plug adaptors?

        • Seems to make things a little easier to knock out. Some of those adaptors can be a bit dodgy too (poor/ill-fitting connection).

I'm talking the things to convert a UK plug to AUS etc. Hey…I could change them myself…but since I'm not a qualified electrician that would be against the law. Alternative is to buy your own local adaptor.

Have seen mixed reports on what exactly is provided when you buy a router from Amazon UK…some have said that you get the Australian plug fitting anyway. Dunno.
