Odd that it would be VGA and not DVI port but I'm sure it's of some use to someone.

I find these connectors don't go above 60hz if your screen supports it. It may just be my one though.

  If your graphics card has a DisplayPort, we strongly recommend that choosing HDMI or DisplayPort cable directly to get 4K 60hz, or 2K 144hz, because of the DVI port's technology limitation, the latest graphics card and monitor manufactures would not put large resource to develop DVI monitor at the moment.
