    $322.05 after code FacebookFansSave5.

I have found a killer Xoom deal that I'll post up soon. Just waiting on stock to come in.

    • That code is for a different online store. "Appliances online" is not the same as "appliances direct online".

      How much stock?
      What's the sale price?
      When?

      Thanks.

      • -1

        My bad. Ignore that.

        Let's just say under $300.

        • When?

I need to buy 4 for my child care?

          Can I pre order 4?

        • keep me posted, very interested!!!!

        • -2

The sale is on now, however, the xooms are on order. I have the ad in my hand but I am reluctant to post it.

        • Can you at least say when?

        • +2

        • Hints will be nice - dun dun dun the suspense lol

        • You are worrying it will be ozbargain'ed soon and you cannot get one for yourself?
          Come on K.

        • -3

          EDIT: too much info.

        • haha just tell us how much it is :P

        • I need to know! (Pulling hair out) Why are you doing this to me ozbargain?? What have I done to you?? I have purchased all your bargains.

        • -3

Haha. After I finish my work, I'll give you guys a sneak peek.

        • +1

It wont end on the 28th. It will end when theres no more stock. That's not a hint. I will name my first child 'k' if you just post it.

          EDIT: When do you finish?

          PS: I'm not stalking you!

        • -2

          I know I'm gonna regret this but….

          EDIT: Removed, that's enough.

Somebody is gonna recognise it. Whatever.

        • you sir are going to ozbargain hell lol

        • -1

      • damn its 3G for 299?. whereabout?

      • +2

I found the store. It was too obvious. I will give k 1 hour to post the deal otherwise I will post it under my name.

        • cool! thanks heaps

        • -1

          lol

        • JUST TELL US NOW!

        • +1

orange123 is going to post it so I don't need to.

        • +1

          ok orange123, please post asap.

        • hour 19 min ago ΒΆ

        • Please post now!!

        • I'm soo sorry guys. I dont know who's selling it. I was bluffing hoping k would post the full details for the deal.

          Again sorry.

        • +1

Hence my "lol". I will post it asap when I get the call informing me of stock levels.

        • today or tomorrow?

    • no idea.. give us a clue??????
no one in WA advertises like that

  • Good deal! Bought one and put IceCream Sandwich on it and it flies!!

    • you received ICS through OTA?

      • I received ICS OTA yesterday (WiFi Xoom) - took a few minutes to install, all applications transitioned smoothly (had a message when bringing up Swype citing unknown resolution but it still works fine).

        Very snappy with ICS indeed.

    • I understand that your anger is directed at me, but remember that k is causing this problem. Ozbargain is suppose to be a community of cheapskates who share deals between each other, not taunt each other like playing string with a cat.

      • -3

Err… aren't you doing that yourself right now?

        • Give us some better hints? At the very least we deserve this?

      • -1

What kind of hints do you want? Regardless, there is no stock (atm anyway).

        • Is it an online store or a physical store?
          What's the eta for stock?
          Is there a limit?
Can you atleast pm me now and tell me the store so I can be on the lookout. It will remain confidential.

        • ETA this weekend and does not state any limit. Not an online store…. well kinda.

        • Does the store operate Australia-wide or only in certain states?

  • i tried to search in lasoo for this http://oi44.tinypic.com/qod7bc.jpg but nothing came out. any ideas?

    • ok k, let us know asap because im going to JB right after that

      • Go to JB. They won't price match. Those idiots say they would do it then go to their manager and come back with no stock.

  • Why do jb do cheaper ?

    • price match maybe

  • I'm guessing retravision by the style of the pricetag in that image.

    • yeah, was thinking the same too

      • It's not Retravision, otherwise, it would be in their current catalogue?

        • GG or HN/domayne then lol

        • Australia wide or just a local branch? Where are you? WA or eastern states?

        • K is Sydney.

        • Is it Strathfield Car Radios k? lol

        • -1

          Straithfield has gone bust.

    • That was my first thought, but they have it listed as $384 in their current catalogue.

  • +1

Why don't you just tell us so we can get it price matched at OW now? When OW calls the store up the store will tell them that they're getting more stock in soon, so OW will be more likely to price match it.

Wouldn't that be a better idea as opposed to waiting until this 'secret store' gets stock in then sells out in a matter of hours at which point we won't be able to price match it at OW or anywhere else as the secret store will be out of stock and as we all know, OW only price match stores that have stock.

    • OW dont stock Xoom

      • You weren't supposed to say that out loud.

  • I am in Sydney and I think I saw this ad in those Local Area Special Deals Coupons kind of booklets,,,,bugger wonder if I threw it out, just got it yesterday will be back if I find it or remember who it was lol

    • I think you're right. If you look on the right hand side of the scanned image in the white areas, you can vaguely make out some cut-out coupons on the other side of the page.

  • +2

Well k, if you wait any longer 'confirming stock levels' I can confim them for you: zero
This won't last at 299, also without ozbargain.

    • -6

Who are you to say that? If you can PM me and tell me the company advertising the xoom. I will agree with you.

And orange123, stop having a sook because I'm not telling you the company name.

      • Well, I am assuming that you are not the only one with the ad in hands. Or are you?

  • +4

I'm giving this bargain a +ive but as for the cryptic comments of k, if you're going to be selfish and not share a bargain, don't discredit another members post.

  • could it be costco?

  • Was in Retravision Kingsford yesterday they had 2 Xoom wifi's left, going price was $329.

  • +4

So k… do u actually have something to share with our community or has it all just been a massive bluff?

  • K lives in the Sydney's West. Somewhere around the Liverpool or Fairfield region. I don't know if that helps.

  • No sign of him now …..

    • What's up?

      • +1

You know what's up, you've got a bargain to post.

        • I have posted two today.

      • +2

Not the one for the Xoom.

  • If someone has one of those coupon newspaper things that come in the letterbox please have a look for the ad - its not the magazine coupon book its the newspaper style one about 6 or so pages thick. I threw my one out sorry.

  • Yeah its not in the yellow envolope but it could be in the newspaper bargin guild that u get every few months

  • +3

Well I guess K was just all BS….

    • +2

I agree. He/she has had more than enough time to "check stock levels" and get back to us. Must have enjoyed a great laugh at our expense.

      Weak.

      • I'm also waiting for his post.

  • -1

    Deal posted…

    • Where did it go?

      • yeah where?

        • +1

It was for Powerland electronics he posted and for some reason he removed it. He posted up a dodgy receipt with the wrong model number in it as well. It was also for the WIFI version and not the 3G version.

Having the wrong model number would have made it more difficult to get a price match. Also I just called them up and they said they are selling the Wifi version for $349 and 3G version for $649. So after all that hype K was just pulling out tail.

Also before thinking of buying from Powerland electronics read up on Whirpool first and google their store name as well.

In conclusion it seems that K did it for attention and didn't have anything of real value to offer ozbargain.

          Thank you K ;)

        • +1

I doubt K is going to have any friends around here from now on.

    • -2

Deal will be re posted in due course. Go in store and they will honour the $299 price tag. Orange123, if you bothered to read the desc of the deal, you would understand why.

      • $299 on the 16GB or 32GB?

Also, Powerland Electronics have a pretty bad rep so do you know if it's refurbs they're selling?
