  • Pretty poor discount but if you need these, just keep all the recipe sheets from all of these. Then you can go out later and just drop a colesworth grocery pickup order and get the same stuff for cheaper.

    • That defeats the main purpose of these dinner to door services, which is that you don't have to research recipes or buy groceries as it's done for you.

        This is OzBargain you're on…

Keep the recipes and make a short excel spreadsheet and you'll be able to order everything they give you anyways.

          What's your point?

Keep the recipes and make a short excel spreadsheet and you'll be able to order everything they give you anyways.

That's a lot of effort for some and hence why these services exist.

@magic8ballgag: Okay… OzB licence police checking in. Please surrender your licence.

@ATangk: This is coming from someone who thinks that paying $150 on an electric pencil is a deal/bargain.

              • @magic8ballgag: When the RRP of an item is $200 and there are no other previous deals showing cheaper than that EVER, then yes I believe it is a bargain.

When you're saying you want to pay $100 for a box of groceries which costs at most $50 elsewhere… thats the opposite of a bargain.

But you could instead just use your finger (for free!), instead of an expensive pencil, right?

                  • @magic8ballgag: I didn't force you to buy it.

                    • @ATangk: Or even better, get a third-party stylus for a quarter of the price of Apple's offering?

                      Gotta pinch every penny!

@magic8ballgag: As I said, I ain't forcing you to buy it. Why are you so salty? Because you didn't realise these dinner boxes dont come with salt in them?

Or eggs. Or butter or milk, or a whole bunch of other items deemed 'essentials' that you're already supposed to have.

@ATangk: And no one is forcing you to buy this, but we can all still criticise each other's choices, apparently.

@magic8ballgag: I gave a TIP, a SUGGESTION on how to save money and you just somehow need to justify that you 'know how to cook' because you paid to get everything portioned and delivered to you with a step by step guide on how to do it.

If you so want to impress someone, cook from scratch.

                            • @ATangk: What are you talking about? I never said I know how to cook nor purchase these services.

@magic8ballgag: Then you should take 5 mins out of your time researching just exactly how expensive these meal delivery service kits actually are before talking about how lovely and convenient it is.

@ATangk: But they are lovely and convenient to some people, much like the overpriced pencil you recently recommended.

  • Can someone confirm please confirm if we can use these along with gift cards?

  • Cant post on woolworths offer with dinnerly as deal is now closed.

anyone else experiencing major delays getting woolworth points? I have only recieved the 2000 of the 8000- which I had to follow up dinnerlt for. They passed the buck to Woolworths but of course it showed up when I hit them up . I have had all my boxes delivered. Last one was nearly 3 weeks ago
