      soda king refill $4

      • Don't have it, already stocked up in towels from previous deals, need to find something else to buy

        • Going to unsub to bloody spotlight, it's outright spam with at least daily emails and you'd waste 20 min in there looking for crap to get the 10$ off.

  • Would be very grateful if someone not using could share it!

    • +3

      Generic code mate go nuts

      • Awesome! Do I need to be a VIP member to avail it?

        • +1

Most times they ask for your mobile number and punch it in to see your status.

      • +1

my local spotlight has the coupon and scans it after they check if you are vip ….. that way it doesn’t clog the register as people check their emails on their phones for the coupon ….some businesses understand how to keep customers moving

    Got it too, thanks mum!

I didnt receive the email but I am a VIP member, am I still eligible?

$10 off Full Priced Items (Min Spend $10)

What's the point to state "(Min Spend $10)" on ozbargain? Are there anybody so naive that can assume a shop can pay you back if you buy anything cheaper than that?

    • +5

Pretty sure it means the discount won’t work if you try to buy a $7 item for example

      • Fair point, I couldn't even think about such a case

    • Yeah so if you wanted something that was $9.5 you'd have to find something that was 50c, or more..meaning you may spend some money (as opposed to just leaving with the $9.5 item)

      • +2

Yes. Lol. Same thing happened with me. Just got a 50c choc on the front table

It's an important part of the Voucher T&C:
Save $10 when you spend $10 or more in one transaction after savings & discounts.
Buying less than $10, you get $0 discount.

    • nespresso cash back …..some people got $69 machines on clearance and it was $80 cash back …..

  • +1

Anyone know if it includes items @VIP price?

    • +1

It does. I got a $6 acrylic paint set ($6 vip price) and two fluffy keyrings @$2 ea.

I guess they've got plenty of JobKeeper money in excess. Now they're trying to bring the profits below the thresholds.
First BCF and now Spotlight, probably Anaconda is next?

    • +3

$10 vouchers were regularly offered for at least 10 years before Covid & JobKeeper. That disproves your 'theory'.

  • +7

Struggle to find anything worth buying. Some of their prices are ridiculous. I use a lot of Command hooks and strips but Spotlight prices are typically double or more than the same item at Bunnings.

    Example. Spotlight: $12:

    https://www.spotlightstores.com/craft-hobbies/basic-craft-su…

    Bunnings: $3.95:

    https://www.bunnings.com.au/command-large-white-adhesive-hoo…

  • I can’t find any mention about full price item… Any ground??

Read the T&C at the bottom in light grey

Doesn't need to be full price item!
Bought discounted items with this voucher - shelf tag shows the % discount or member discounted price.

      • +1

Just tried this online, works on discounted items.

      • Yes some crap was 30-50% off and works

  • +1

    $12.95. delivery fee🤔

  • I'm thinking individual email not required just present barcode and VIP membership in store ?

  • Saw they have a pair of 3m block out curtains for $29 in the latest catalog. $19 for a 3m curtain is pretty good.

Do they have Click and Collect yet? (probs not)

    • This is a "hot buy" so probably excluded from the $10 off

  • I can't find my VIP card - I think I signed up online. Would they accept an email to confirm VIP membership?

    • +1

You can usually let the staff know your mobile number to access the VIP offer, assuming you provided them with one when you signed up

      • OK, thanks!

  • +3

Minimum spend for pick-up is $30!

  • Decent frying pan for $10.30 after voucher https://www.spotlightstores.com/kitchen-and-dining/food-prep…

  • +1

BIRTHDAY10 seems to work as well.

  • +1

    I bought a $16 can opener (-30% off sale) for $1.21.

    I feel somehow complete now.

EDIT: I am sure my mother would enjoy me owning a can opener. I give her the gift of enjoyment.

  • +1

Click and collect minimum spend is $30 spend :(
