Without a shadow of a doubt, the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, make Telstra seem like a saint.
Don't take my word go read the reviews…..
Ombudsman must be sick of hearing that name
    FAIL!

    • Can you pls provide details.

      • Price jack, promise everything and deliver nothing, impossible long wait times on phone and limited hours, they are excellent at being rubbish

        Scammers and shysters

Far too many decent companies to go with than these criminals

Counted the MINUTES to divorce time

        Feedback is your friend!!

  • We were with Sumo. I didn't realise how much we were overpaying (it was a lot!) until we checked out https://compare.energy.vic.gov.au/

If you're in Victoria, I'm sure you'll find much more than $50 savings by going through a different company you find on that website.

  • after i signed up with them i became a victim of identity theft. and they connected the wrong house too.

    • Other than those minor things all ok

Have heard that their security system with our details where compromised

      Wrong house connect LOL

  • Seems like a regular deal with their last $50 bonus expiring 30 April

Not that it matters, their rates are extremely uncompetitive and you will end up paying more in the long run.

  • Judging by the number of OzB members that are on the referral pool, this must be one of the worst energy companies ever.
    Another NEG from me.
