Product Summary:

The NA-SYC1 is a fan accessory set consisting of three fully sleeved NA-YC1 Y-Cables for 4-pin PWM fans. The NA-YC1 Y-Cables make it possible to run two 4-pin PWM fans on a single fan header and to let the mainboard control the speed of both fans simultaneously. Multiple NA-YC1 can be daisy-chained to control more than two PWM fans via one header.

These cables are handy when needing to power several fans in a larger computer system where fan headers are limited or for more A E S T H E T I C cable management. It is recommended that you do not chain-link multiple Y-Cables to each other if you can avoid it and instead use them to control two fans only. It can be done as mentioned in the blurb but there have been reports of hit and miss RPM accuracy depending on the motherboard.

  Thanks OP. For 5 dollarydoos I copped a set.
  For those that don't mind waiting you can get things like this off of aliexpress for less.
  Obviously, it is not Noctua quality, but I don't see what could go wrong with such a simple design.

    What could go wrong? A few things. For example a short due to badly made splitter could result in a dead fan circuit on the motherboard.
    There are a few factors but things can go wrong.

    That is an amazing price, it's telling me the first purchase would only be $0.01 as a new user bonus.

    We definitely pay a premium for the established brands in the hope that they will work as intended 99% of the time and have superior components in them to justify our loyalty, even if this particular product is copper wire, a cable sleeve, and some solder.

  These are great quality though, I have had some cheap sets from pccg fall apart in the past, which had the potential to cause some serious damage
