  • eufy SECURITY. No built in camera?

  • Sorry I'm lazy. Where can we purchase filters, and how often do we need to replace them?

And does this connect to wifi at all like the cameras? :D

    • Not sure why the neg. Presumably you have to buy new filters at some point

I assume it's because I said I'm lazy, but I was just expecting the rep to know this stuff off the top of their head. Also if they said where we can buy filters, easy upsell!

We have the green and white thingy which looks cute but needs regular filters and very noisy after few sips by our cats.

Tempted to buy this but its a new product.

Good reviews here but its their website.

Edit: Purchased it. Will review it for others.

Too late I guess but I was going to suggest this - https://kittyspring.com/

I bought it when it was on Kickstarter and it's been really good. Doesn't need any motors or power.

      • Interesting design.. too bad the execution didn't live up to expectations, going by the mixed feedback in the comments section.

        • Odd reading the reviews. Guess the first batch had inconsistent manufacturing or something.

      • Thanks mate. You never know. I might need a 3rd one :)

    • Looks like they scraped all the positive reviews from Amazon.com and slapped it on their website. There's quite a few on there already and the response is mostly positive / mixed.

@frogduck: According to the manual the purification and sterilisation filters need to be replaced every 6 weeks (FAQ says 2 months). Box comes with 1 x sterilisation and 2 x purification filters. No idea where replacements can be bought locally, though FAQ suggests that they are 30 USD for a pack for 3 on Amazon.

This water fountain is not wireless [source].

    • Thanks mate! Great info

In the good ole days you'd just have an old 2L icecream container on the kitchen floor filled with water and the cat was more than happy.

Go to Kmart and get the $20 one there. My first one lasted for 2 years
