With the popularity of our recent Refinance campaign for Home Package Plus (HPP) lifetime fee waiver, I would like to share a great news with you that Suncorp will now extend HPP lifetime fee waiver offer to Purchasers from Friday 14th May 2021. You shall receive official communication from Suncorp Broker Partnerships later this week. Please find below terms and conditions:

Effective date: Friday, 14th May
Effective Friday, 14th May 2021, the life of loan Home Package Plus Annual Fee Refund Offer will be available for all eligible new lending applications. This includes purchases, refinances and First Home Buyers. That’s a fee saving of $375 per year, or up to $11,250 over 30 years.

Eligibility:
To be eligible, the approved loan/s must satisfy the following criteria:
• New Home Package Plus customers, minimum lending of $150,000 (Refinance Offer was previously $250,000).
• Not available for Pre-Approved loans.
• Not available for Internal refinance applications.

Current offers at Suncorp up to 80% lvr

And Suncorp are doing lower rates with pricing through the Suncorp bdm if your balance is over 500k and or low lvr loans.

Owner occupied 2 year fix p&I 1.89% comp rate 2.85%
Owner occupied variable P&I offset product 2.54% comp rate 2.55% as no annual fee
Investment 2 year fix p&I 2.28% comp rate 3.20%
Investment variable offset P&I 2.89% comp rate 3.30%

Suncorp also offers their new fixed rates to existing customers so its one of the few banks if you choose you can stay long term with and still get access to great rates and no annual fee.

Broker Cashback $500 for balances between 250k and 650k net of offset & $1000 cashback for balance over 650k net of offset. Broker rebate paid post settlement normally 2 months post settlement.

You need to know this This offer operates very similar to st george $1 no lmi 85% lvr offer. You submit inside the offer period but the campaign needs to still be running at the time you make the purchase and present the contract to the lender. So if you take this offer i suggest you buy inside of 3 months or i cant guarantee the waiver is still running.
