      Moto G G5 has a faster/newer chipset, is slightly smaller and lighter, same battery, resolution, storage & RAM. Moto G should have slightly better bluetooth and GPS but again probably not noticeable.
      
      The G9 Plus probably has a slightly better camera setup but barely. G9 Plus has 30W charging while G 5G has 20W.
      
      Kind of a coin toss. I can see why they're about the same price. I'd go with the G G5 purely because of the resale value the 5G would give it a year or so from now when I'd replace it.
