This has "…everything you need…" only if you are on a carnivore diet (which I understand is not very healthy to do).

    • +1

Plenty of people do extremely well on it, but it's obviously not for everyone.

      • -5

Even if you look at non-carnivore diets, this article states that "In 2019, the Australian Heart Foundation also updated its dietary guidelines to recommend people reduce their red meat consumption, proposing a limit of less than three servings – or 350 grams – of lean and unprocessed beef, pork, lamb or veal per week." (I assume that is based on an assumption that the diet would include vegetables etc., as well as the meat component).

Yeah, it's ludicrous, and not science-based. But we're used to that with "nutrition science."

Quite possibly there are other $89 purchases that are more a couples delight than a meat pack

OK I'll ease up this time
This is verging on what I could get down at the supermarket or local butcher prices

The RRP is still a load of bollocks
And the fact you don't break down the prices leaves a little to be desired

Still, not worth paying rrp for bulk meat and dubious quality… (yes read some of the reviews from previous posts)
