Just found this deal on Amazon, I think they are running double promotion.

Korean made Gel Shine nail stickers (normally $13.99 each) is $15.40 for 2 if you are a prime member.

It seems that seller is running double promotion (Prime member deal and regular discount).

I believe you can still get $7 discounts if you buy 2 even if you are not a prime member

I bought this for my wife before and she seems to love it.
