15%/20% off Koala Mattresses, Bedding and Bed Bases: Single $624, Double $800, Queen $760, King $880 @ Koala Mattress

KFRENZY20KFRENZY15

Koala out with another sale. They happen quite often but sometimes it's just a $150 off instead of 20%. Highest sale I've seen is 25% for EOFY last year, so potentially an extra 5% if you wait a month but no guarantees.

Bed frames only 15% off w/ KFRENZY15 while mattresses and bedding are 20% off w/ KFRENZY20.

"We only have 500 mattresses available at this price so don't miss out!" - Koala.

Had a Koala mattress for 4 years, noticed a slight sag and got a free replacement sent to me after sending some pictures so their warranty/customer support is decent. It's a polyurethane mattress which is basically memory foam and always found it weird they don't market it as memory foam. Happy customer.

  • Can someone enlighten me with what's so good about Koala frames and mattresses? I have heard people hype it up so I'm just curious how good they are

They are cheap compared to traditional mattresses and they have an extremely generous 120 day return policy so there aren't many unhappy customers.
Lots of people sent them back, but they aren't bitter with the company.

Normally you discover you hate a $4000 mattress on the first night and tough luck. It's a $200 used mattress now.

It's just a foam mattress though. Proper springs are still good for numerous reasons.

Nothing against Koala but I bought an Eva mattress the other day and have not had a bad nights sleep since, wife is very happy too. $775 even before the click frenzy. https://eva.com.au/products/eva-mattress

      the other day

Not much of a long term review then. Pretty much any mattress can feel good for a few days/weeks/months, it's whether they'll be comfortable and last years that matters.

      • I guess that's why they do 120 night trial and 12 year warranty.

Just pointing out there's similar priced options.

          Your target is miles off.

  • Anyone have any experience with the sofa bed couches ?

    • Yep, bought one several months ago really impressed with it. It's very easy to assemble, simple and only takes a few seconds to fold out and fold in. Pretty comfy for the price. If you sit right at the front of the lounge it kind of flops forward a bit is the only downfall I've found.

Edit: also I didn't buy the footrest, figured it'd be annoying moving the footrest to fold it out but up to you. And whilst I can't remember exactly what I paid it was on sale, think I paid about $1,200 or $1,250?

Honestly wouldn't recommend these mattresses in a box for every day use. Ours has already sloped and it's been just over a year.

    • my koala couch looks so cheap now, im average size and the fabric has stretched after one year, wouldnt buy again

the codes don't stack. so you have to make two orders if you want a bed and frame

  • I got my mattress replaced after 2 years, and they were pleasant to deal with. However overtime I have realised they are too soft and would switch to something else which is medium firm in near future.

Their customer service is amazing. I have got the mattress, bed base and their original couch.

The springs of the sofa started to get squeaky after 2 years of use. I reached out to them and replaced it with brand new couch. You can’t get such a service from any other vendor.

We are still very happy with the bed base and mattress as well. Can’t recommend them enough.

Won't buy from Koala since they decided their business model is to align themselves with the radical left. Sleeping Giants bullied Koala and they fell for it. Meanwhile, co-founder Nandini Jammi left the organisation and has made allegations of sexism, racism and gaslighting. I choose to spend my money elsewhere.
