I've never had the wednesday wheel deals but my local used to 'not know' about specials that were advertised on social media. Perhaps when you have deals ask the staff to put signs out so people dont have to ask and feel like they are trying to scam the staff when they ask about deals? Last year for 10% off takeaways my local used to always 'forget' to add the discount until I asked and it makes us feel horrible!
