How has anyone experience of shopping online on Costco….reviews are pretty negative

    • +5 votes

reviews of shopping online? not sure what you mean. I shop at costco online quite often and found they deliver very quickly. Usually auspost for smaller items, toll for larger. customer sevice for online is a phone call away and they have free auspost returns. Larger ones can only be returned instore. happy with the service, cant fault them tbh.

Then explain the numerous negative reviews?

Only purchased one item from Costco online and can't fault the process. Same as any of the bigger stores, got email with tracking number, Auspost or which courier it was notified day of delivery, parcel was delivered without issues, all within the week as expected. It was a large item - tower fan.

Have bought online from Costco a few times, no issues…

These are ok but they build up with calcium and then don't perform well. Even if table are used to clean them.
    Wasn't a fan.

Bought one of these a few years back. Painful to disconnect the top in order to fill with water and it gets dirty inside really easily.

i've got one and wondering what the brown bits are everytime? is that the calcium buildup?

I noticed that too. It came with some tablets which I only used the first time. So assume it needs to overdue for another one. Will test next time kids are sick.

Use filtered water if you have one at home.

Prevents build up for much much longer!
