  I have that. It is great but it has a flaw. I can't do 120hz 1440p w/ series X once the tv doesn't recognize the signal. If I use it straight to the tv it works.

  Unnlink has a 4x2 with a separate HDMI out for audio only which go to AV Receivers, so you can mix and match audio from any source, I have one of these and they're great.

  Would really love to see a 8x2 matrix with HDCP2.2 + 18Gbps/HDMI2.0 with that same feature of audio output on a separate HDMI. (or a more affordable 8x4). I'm out of HDMI ports, so I'm currently stacking that matrix with another 6x2.

  @elsie2 Any idea where I can get one of them from? Or any plans on making something like that?

  Currently, only the 4x2 matrix has been designed in the Australian marketplace, but it has 2 versions, one is the V1.4 matrix; the other one is the V2.0 matrix.

This 4x2 HDMI Matrix 4K/60Hz has 4 input port and 2 output port, it not only could solve switching issues, but also solves the problems of displays combination which your laptops after extended. BTW, the screen extended function and the number of extended screens extended depends on your laptops or another accessory of your needs.@ColdSnap

  The max resolution up to 4K 60Hz, this 4K 4x2 HDMI Matrix HDR support 1080p@120Hz or 1080p@144hz. If the resolution not supported by this matrix, you can try to lower the resolution of your devices.@Dienk
