Flybuys points
To receive the Flybuys standard Points your policy must be active (i.e. not terminated or suspended) for at least 10 calendar months (10 Active Months Period) and your policy premium must be paid up to date as at the end of the 10 Active Months Period.  Flybuys standard Points will be awarded in one instalment in the month following the 10 Active Months Period. Number of points awarded depends on the annual premium value as at the last day of the calendar month in which your policy started or your first premium payment is made (whichever is later) - See points table for details.

Suspension, cancellation or changes
If you suspend your policy at any time within the first 12 months of the commencement of your policy, your points earning eligibility will also be suspended. You will receive the points when your policy is recommenced and you have met these terms and conditions.
If you cancel your policy before completing the 10 Active Months Period, you will not receive any points.
If you change your level of policy cover, which results in a change to the total annual premium value, your Standard Points will be awarded in accordance with the total annual premium value as at the last day of the calendar month in which your policy started or your first premium payment is made (whichever is later).

General
The Offer is only available if you join through the HCF website or via an HCF call centre or branch.

      After making a big shop I sometimes get an email soon after offering 9,000 or so points if I spend something like $230 that weekend, and of course I'm not often in a position to do it because they waited until I did the big shop already.

      I don't bother with the minimum spend for 4 weeks offer because it's just often unachievable and too much to worry about.

    Interesting they have thrown me an offer of $130x4 for 10k points or $180x4 for 20k points, on the same card this is.
    I've found in recent times that if you don't take up the offer they will still send you some decent single shop offers over the 4 weeks eg spend $100 for 6000 points in a single shop.

    10,000 points plus 4,000 (1,000 for each online shop) for $50 spend per week for 4 weeks. The online shopping part is a pain as when items are out of stock then you have to contact them. I just finished one 2 weeks ago and had that happen during one of the weeks. Still pretty decent and will do it. I have the same deal on another account maybe will do both.

    $60 for me but then there is a stacking offer if I spend another $10 ($70) by tomorrow, get an extra 2,000 points and another $30 ($100), get another $2,000.

    So in theory, if I spend $100 tomorrow, I'll get 4,000 points and satisfied the week 1 requirement.

      Yes I also have a stacking offer if I spend another $20 (Total $70) from 22 May till the following Tuesday, I will get an extra 2,000 points. So in total for $220 spend I will get 16,000 points ie. $80 a 36% discount.

    Got 20,000 or $100 for a $170 spend per week.
    Then a one off 5,600 for $140 spend in one shop, and these stack, and if you activate them close to the close date then it often repeats.

    But I have a heap of people living at my place, so this spend is easy.
    For the last few months Flybuys have been throwing out heaps of stretch targets like these.

    On top of the offer posted by OP, I have an additional offer which is spend $90+, get 2,000 points, between Sat 22/05 - Tue 25/05.

    If I put an online order today (21/05) for collection tomorrow (22/05), will I get the additional offer? Or do I need to put the order through tomorrow (and collect before 25/05) to be eligible? The T&C says "offer valid in store or online for orders placed and delivered or collected between Sat 22 May and Tue 25 May 2021".

    Has anyone had past experience with this?

      In theory, it should work but in practice, I do not know as I am risk averse. I do believe that they do not charge for the order until they pack them which is a couple of hours before pick up so the transaction should appear as dated 22 May. But if you want to pick up tomorrow you can order tomorrow. I find in my area that if I order before 10 am I can pick up from 2-4 pm and by 12 noon can pick up from 4-6 pm.

    So I got the offer, activated it, met the spend each week, but now the offer is missing from the app and "Congratulations" only appeared on the first week docket but none of the following weeks. Has anyone had experience with this before? Typically would the points still be awarded?

      Yes Coles is dodgy dishonest like this. Usually the offer disappears, and then reappears a few hours after the qualifying spend each week. Also have had the experience of no “congratulations” confirmations
