I got the email on both accounts, first one worked no problem second one didn't, it said already activated. I used a different browser and IP address and still said already redeemed. But then 10 mins later the $10 shows up! Odd!

when ever i go via cash back ie qantas and use a loyalty credit and try to pay difference with a gift card i get We're sorry that your order could not be placed. This probably happened due to a high order volume or temporary connection errors. Please wait a few minutes and resubmit your order. If you have further questions, please contact us. . i think best to pay difference with a credit card to avoid this always happening with credits? anyone know which cash back websites actually pay up using credits and gift cards? i dont think cash rewards pays up if you use a gift card.
after live chat and getting the $10 missing recredited i tried adding a gift card of $3.04 first instead and then applied the $10 loyalty credit and i thought it worked but know i get notifications it failed again. i guess more headache with future live chats and will try a credit card
