  Are these worth it for a beginner? I read about Creality a while ago and sounded decent. Should I aim a bit higher? Good technical background so prefer something reasonable. Thanks OzB.

    Are you looking to make money or a just a hobby? If it is just a hobby creality is a good starting point.

        If just mainly for a hobbies and you have time to troubleshoot and test different setting it pretty decent learning tool, if you want to print more reliable you should know you need spend a money on upgrades and that could range from 10-20 to hundreds so bare that in mind. You can do some research on many upgrades but personally is silent motherboard and better/silent fan so you can do print in relative the same room without loud whine of stepper motors. Some silicons or strong stiff so you don't have re-level you bed as often. Majority of the other upgrade is just user life improvement which is not really required if you not printing alot.

        I would have a look into the Ender 3 v2. Its reasonably priced, has a large community behind it and plenty of scope for upgrades as you see fit.

    In my opinion, the next thing up would be the Prusa Mini or MK3s made in Czech. I got one and it's fantastic. But that costs a lot more than a Creality.

      Yep, great machine, have MK3 myself. I would go with MK3s unless all you're just printing is smaller models but the Mini is great starting point if MK3s is out of your price range.

      Ender 3 Pro was great and still relative cheaper after all the upgrades but in term of actual out of box experience prusa is great.

    Hi, I can't see AU stock. It asked for AU162 for delivered from USA, or it will take 4 weeks for GWTR warehouse (don't know what that is). Am I missing something here?

  As first printer Creality is perfect and cheap. I got Ender 3 V2 some 2 months ago and damn, from 1h to 2h, now I have moved to 60h plus models hahaha
  Sculptures, useful 3D parts, design your own. It is a great investment for small or big models, even miniatures if you are gonna prime and paint.
