Got one of these as a present and went to use it for the first time tonight , The basket thats mentioned in the user manual for cooking chips is an optional extra .
In fact most things it shows you how to cook require the optional basket . It really should of been part of the initial purchase .

Pretty sure the BLACK AF model number is a tad politically incorrect .

Hahaha I'm sure it just means BLACK AirFryer, but it's still pretty funny.

Before you all rush to buy this bargain, keep in mind the official Ninja site lists it's RRP as $250 and even has it on sale for $200.

Still a decent price at $174 but it's not the worst if you miss out.

  • A great unit, got it, works flawlessly!

  • How’s this compare to the Kmart air fryer? Pretty much just doing fish fillets, nuggets and fries.

  • Does it have a paddle that rotates to move the move as it's cooking? If not aren't these just mini ovens?

    • Air Fryers are just ovens with a more powerful fan inside so the air circulates more.

Many modern ovens have a turbo fan feature to do a similar job.

  • Good deal, I bought this model 3 months ago and it's a God send. Basically a mini oven that halves your cooking time.
