  I see they've taken away the 3yr fixed @ 1.75%. Might be a sign that they think rate rises are becoming more likely

    It's not clear, but the OP is flagging that the 3 year fixed rate is interest only, see the brackets (I), compared to the first entry, which is (P&I).

    Might be easier if it was identified as (OO IO), which is more commonly realised as Owner Occupied Interest Only.

  Would jump on this if they offered offset accounts (similar to how more and more banks adding offset accounts to their 1 year fixed loans)
