      Ok lets address the whole Aldi/IGA thing.

      Aldi afaik don't really have "specials", they have "real reductions", which are stocked items that don't have any discount applied, they're just a standard low price. This makes it hard to quantify what sort of savings you're going to get compared to what they were last week, and even harder to justify posting it here (unless you class every item as a "bargain").

      IGA from our research have vastly different specials for different regions. (we've been monitoring over the past few weeks since we first suggested it here). That again makes it difficult for us because there's lots of regions and lots of specials for each region. Would make for a lot of ozbargain posts.

      So there you have it, no conspiracy, no getting paid by the duopoly. We just want to share the specials we use on MyGroceries.com.au here on ozbargain for you to enjoy. Plain and simple.

      Now if only we could get 120+ votes every week ;)

    You should consider making it a PDF - it opens instantly on my phones, tablet and all my PC's and it is a far better format. For example, you could make it a form PDF where people could tick the items they are interested in and either use on their phone or print the results to use while shopping.

      Sometimes they put them near the front of the cold section away from the other ice cream. Tonnes at the Woolies I went to. Picked up some of the Cookie and Cream variety :).
