Just a heads up guys….i got done in with one of these bonus store credits. Make sure you have 'opted in' to receive marketing emails from TGG.
Apparently you have to go into 'my account' and opt in or you'll never get your credit voucher. As i never received mine i contacted them and was told about this.
What a rort! If you are eligible for the credit bonus then an email with your credit bonus should bypass any marketing opt-outs. I hope you received your credit in the end.

I have called good guys on 1300 466 348. After couple of hours they have sent the code as SMS
Same, still haven't received anything and I am subscribed to marketing emails. I've sent them an email - let me know if you guys get yours!
I also didn't receive so I called and complained. They apologised and sent through via email 10 mins later.
I called yesterday morning and they said they'd email me but have yet to receive anything.
