I purchased from JB on Friday using the latitude pay deal. You can thank my sacrifice for triggering this deal.

  • Been contemplating the entire day, finally pulled the trigger, not the lowest but the hype got to me.
    Thanks for the reminder, OP

You won't regret it. Worth every dollar.

I regret it. Keychron k1 is so much better for about the same price.

I have both the K1 & K6, and I regret buying both of them. Meanwhile, I'm contemplating buying a third MX Keys.

    • Amazing keyboard, I sold my Corsair K70 because I enjoyed typing on this more. Still good for gaming as well when paired via the dongle.

  • How are the keys to use? They look like laptop keys.

    • +3

Way better typing experience than most laptops I've tried. I normally prefer mechanical keys, but when I'm in the office I don't want to bother everyone with the loud clacking noises so I use the MX Keys. It's by far the best non mechanical keyboard I've tried. If you're near a JB Hi Fi they have them on display for you to try out.

    • I thought I would regret getting this over keychron as I had come from years of mech keyboards but I’m seriously considering buying another mx key set for use at work too. I loved it that much.

  • Love this keyboard, can any recommend a good mouse to go along with it

MX Master 3. The best combo.

MX Master 3 if have larger hands/prefer a large mouse, if you prefer a small-mid size mouse then MX Anywhere 2S/3

  • Bought this for $130 off a mate and can vouch for the amazing typing experience! I was using my mechanical keyboard before and found that my accuracy is alot better on the MX keys and I can also type for long hours.

    Nice post OP! Great deal!

This is quite a nice keyboard - solid build, nice spacing, good key travel, gentle key curvature/groove, relatively quiet, crisp dimmable backlight.

Typically, I would use other Logitech keyboards that are $50-$100, but after using the MX Master 3 (via this deal - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/501225) the build quality, feel, accuracy, and easily switch between multiple computers had enticed me to pair it with the MX Keys.

I picked up one of these MX Keys pre-COVID (Feb-2020) for $170 (via this deal - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/516609). No regrets.

The MX Keys and MX Master 3 is a nice combo for my day-to-day activities (emails/IMs, browsing, spreadsheets, streaming etc, but no gaming). It has been particularly convenient for WFH because it allows me to easily switch (aka "Logitech Flow") between my work and personal computers, all the while retaining the same typing/mousing experience offered by this MX combo.

TL; DR - nice keyboard, good deal.

  • Bought one for the $139 sale a week ago, was regretting initially due to laptop-like keys however pleasantly surprised. Some getting used to as some of the keys are in different locations but nothing you cant overcome.

  • Have had this keyboard for about 6 months after buying from a previous deal.
Absolutely wonderful keyboard. I have it paired with a MX Master 3 on Windows.
Only gripe I have is that I momentarily forget that the Windows key is the Option/Start key.
