    If you purchased Coles GC, make sure it actually opens. I purchased mine at around 12pm and the link just redirects to TR homepage. Had to call support and they said they will get back to me after few days. :(

      I use the Unofficial Coles App.

      It stores the card and has a barcode for you to scan in store. Only thing is to check balance, the app will auto populate the card/pin and you need to tick the box to verify you are human.

      Make sure the email address is correct, check spam folder.

      For future reference, if you don't type in a phone number, it won't send you the SMS and won't charge you the 10c.

    I am unable to link credit card, there is no $1 pending charge on my card. Very annoying with their authorization, I'd rather want them to authorised random amount instead because the last time I tried to link card the transaction detail doesn't show for pending transaction.

      Bonus cashback tracks as pending the very second you activate the offer. If it's not in your account, you didn't activate it.

        I did activate it as I followed the link on this page. Infact I visited the page twice as I wasnt sure. It has never happened before which is why i was very surprised.
