I can't day I agree with the barrage of negs, however I struggle to see how an unquantified freebie is a bargain worth giving up your personal details for, or something that constitutes a valid post as per posting rules … Unless you call it a" mystery freebie"

It looks like suggestions or information on what people can try doing, if they aren't sleeping well.
eg

These suggestions can be found tons on google so we don't need to fill a web form with "mandatory" questions and then we get tons of spam, we got no idea what these guys will do with our details.
