Any deal on the 3080 or 3080ti spec pc? Looking forward to see these.

    • They had one the other day with a 3080 for $2888

      • I think that deal sold out in 1 day lol

  • Any chance of a 3090 deal?

  • +5

The day they add a better case I'll be so happy.

    • +3

You could buy your own for the same price as getting an upgrade option though…? Honestly the 'cheap' Lance V case is perfectly suitable and has excellent airflow with the 4 included fans.

Disclaimer: I have zero taste in aesthetics, only functionality

I'm one of those guys in the industry who hate building PCs (not that I ever have to, different sub-industry), but it's actually not a bad idea to get the Lance V and transfer it across. My concern is the amount of space inside if anything.

If there were more pics or a video of the Lance V that would certainly be good.

anymore deals with 3070 non LHR?

    10700F-3070TI-EOFYS -

I get an error when I try this!

" Warning: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached its usage limit!"

Never mind works now haha too quick?

    • +3

IT works! i cant edit this away so please downvote

    • +2

Looks like it might be picking up the space at the end - the code without the space is definitely working

      • -1

Do any of the deals come with free bundled games?

  • I need a new machine to play BF2042 only..lol

    • -5

Judging from the graphics in the trailers, an Xbox 360 should do just fine.

      • +4

You clearly have never played an Xbox 360 in that case.

  • +4

Interesting when the cheapest 3070ti at Umart is priced at $2000

    • Yeh I don't get this either… Makes me sad when my case and psu are still great.

      • +1

Buy this as parts only from techfast for the GPU and sell the other parts in unopened boxes. A bit of hassle but better than buying just the GPU from other retailers.

    • That is because the GPU is worth that much.

  • The motherboard description says max 32GB

2-DIMM or 4-DIMM DDR4 (RAM) slots up to 32GB max capacity

    Is that per slot?

  • I mean its this at 2.5k for good build with … 3070ti

or 3080ti @ 4.5k also at tech fast?.. 1st world problem decisions to be made!

Is it worth just getting this and for now… or 2k more for that extra 40fps…. lol Im sure ill wish for more when BF2042 comes out

    • Well if pure FPS in most games is your goal, they have a 6900xt for $2999 when I checked. Raytracing will of course take a hit but it should still outperform the 3080ti in general for $1.5k less.

    • If you decide you want the 3080Ti wait until they publish a coupon deal here. Seems likely based on Luke's comments

Anyway Expected delivery? As im totes ordering now haha

  • Oh damn, jumped on the Ryzen this morning, then this came up.

Might contact Luke to see if I could cancel and reorder..

    • +1

Usually everyone here prefers Ryzen over Intel, what's the benefit of Intel in your opinion? As im also looking to purchase one of the two builds. thanks

      • +4

        A better winter heater.

      • +3

There's a lot of amd fanboys , just like NVIDIA with GPUs, for gaming only Intel is a much better deal right now. Think for the same price or less you get more cores and faster frequency which is better in gaming , if you need raw processing power though then amd wins

  • If we order now is there still enough stock for late June shipping, or will it take longer when accounting for sales already made?

    • +1

real question here, just ordered. hoping for june :)

      • banks down = hard to bank transfer atm haha

  • +1

Can I ask them to send the stuff and not to build it?

    • +2

      tick box for send unassembled.

  • +1

Seems like a cracking deal in today's market

  • Can I ask what brand of RTX 3070Ti is this?

    • +4

From the AMD deal, rep said mostly Gigabyte but some MSI and Galax. GPU gacha.

  • +1

3080 deal incoming? I'm ready to cancel my Dell order as I feel it will never come even though the expected delivery is still the 1st July…

  • this looks like a weapon of choice for the upcoming BF 2042.
i got the rx580 8gb with amd 2600 and 8gb ram. i think i will be able to play it at 60fps high settings at 1080p thats it. but i got a 4k monitor and i usually play at 2k high settings with most games. so ill either have to give up frame rates or detail settings if i play at 2k.

    • your 580 might fetch 500 used, so might be worthwhile swapping out a higher hash rate card for better FPS while upgrading.

  • Hi guys, for more work stuff like Adobe Photoshop, illustrator some video editing in premier and the odd game which rig would you go for. The Intel or the AMD , I'm trying to stay as close to 2k with 32 gig of ram and nvme drive.

    Thanks for any input.

  • +1

If I were to buy this, should I replace any of the parts? A comment on here mentions that the case isn't great.

    • +1

The main problem with the case is it's quite painful to add hard drives - there's space but a fair amount of disassembly required. For $29 extra it's probably worth the case upgrade, although if just using SSD I guess you can stick them anywhere.

It also depends if you're comfortable doing your own simple upgrades. E.g. adding an NVME SSD should be straightforward and could be sightly cheaper and/or can choose a better performing drive, but if you don't want to do any work on it the 1tb NVME operating system SSD upgrade is only a little overpriced, not crazily so.

      • Thanks for the reply! I haven't built/upgraded a pc before so it'll be a learning experience, but I'm something I wanna do. It's good too since these can be purchased unassembled.

  • Do you ever sell just the graphics cards?

    • +1

      They don't.

  • Just made an order. Is there any benefit in upgrading the PSU to 850w or is that overkill for this? I'll be adding at least 1 extra ssd and 1 extra hdd, maybe more.

  • just asking when this promotion expires?

  • Hello, would like to order i7 config, wanted to know if this is non-lhr model for gpu.

    • All 3070Ti are LHR
