@HHH-888: Just received my replacement interface, looks to be a brand new product from VRCover. No signs of previous use whatsoever, have done a thorough inspection. Not sure why Oculus Support includes the part about the replacement being a refurbished product, because as far as I can see the replacement from VRCover is untouched and brand new.

          • @HHH-888: Yeah, not sure what that is about. The replacement is a new VR Cover.
What refurbs were available at the link anyway?

            I received 2 emails. First
"Thank you for contacting us about your Quest 2 headset facial interface.
Within 1-3 business days, we will send instructions to the email address you provided with details on how to request the shipment of a replacement facial interface free of charge."

            and then later
"As promised, we are writing to follow up with the instructions for ordering a replacement facial interface for your Quest 2 headset.
Please visit the following link, add the product to your basket, check out and enter the requested delivery information. Upon submission of your request, we will send you a replacement facial interface free of charge."

  • Hmm for the life of me I cannot pick up my PC when attempting to connect via Airlink.
    * both devices are on 5GHz wifi
    * I have turned wifi on and off on the quest 2
    * I have reset my guardian
    * have removed and added experimental features/airlink on my pc
    * i have turned off my PC's VPN
    * I have whitelisted oculus processes in my antivirus

Has anyone else had similar experiences and can help out?

    • Have you turned it on using the app on your PC and also on the device? Just set mine up for the first time today, Air Link was patchy but the games worked

  • Regret not pulling the trigger….so bored during lockdown

Been having so much fun with table tennis eleven. It’s extremely accurate to the point I will dive for the balls. Great workout too

      Sometimes a little too real

Is a lot of fun though. Getting it $60 off was a bonus, even at normal price it's still worth the $.
