I received 2 emails. First

and then later

Hmm for the life of me I cannot pick up my PC when attempting to connect via Airlink.
* both devices are on 5GHz wifi
* I have turned wifi on and off on the quest 2
* I have reset my guardian
* have removed and added experimental features/airlink on my pc
* i have turned off my PC's VPN
* I have whitelisted oculus processes in my antivirus
Has anyone else had similar experiences and can help out?
Have you turned it on using the app on your PC and also on the device? Just set mine up for the first time today, Air Link was patchy but the games worked

Been having so much fun with table tennis eleven. It’s extremely accurate to the point I will dive for the balls. Great workout too

@HHH-888: Just received my replacement interface, looks to be a brand new product from VRCover. No signs of previous use whatsoever, have done a thorough inspection. Not sure why Oculus Support includes the part about the replacement being a refurbished product, because as far as I can see the replacement from VRCover is untouched and brand new.
