        Getting an error.. can't even complete checkout. Weird. Used it earlier today at JBHIFI no issues, and paid off immediately.

          Paid off immediately may be the issue.

          I also had the same issue last time when i paid off and they immediately blocked my access. i had to request the helpdesk and they responded with below message:

          There was a block on your account due to rapid payments. I have now removed the block on your account.
          Please take note that making rapid payments on your account can result in your account being blocked.

    Trying this with the Jabra 65T deal, with and without the promo code and the discount isn't showing on the Payment Schedule page on Latitude. Weird.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but when I click the question mark is states:
    "First purchase only. Offer available instore and online. Offer available to new customers only."

    Doesn't that mean it's not valid for existing Latitude customers that have already purchased in the past (regardless of the retailer).

      I think you're right. LatitudePay website says "$20 off for new LatitudePay customers".

      EDIT: refer to Sheng's comment. Seems like this works for existing customers too.

        The discount doesnt show up on the latitude payment plan screen, so I don't think it works.

      Can happen if you pay off your latitudepay bill entirely in under a week. Give them a call and they'll reactivate your account.
