        i thought it was common knowledge that kogan was extremely shady, it's why i've never bought anything from there even when they had what looked like good deals

      Not saying Kogan are in the right but those earphones are counterfeited like crazy. Plenty of sellers on EBay sell them and they’re most likely counterfeit. It’s hard to find a genuine pair unless it’s sold second hand from someone who bought the phone and didn’t want the earphones.

      That reply from Samsung is seriously impressive, kudos to them.

    This is an amazing deal IMO, already the best value buds around at ~$130+.
    Above mid range sound, best battery on the market.

    I use these at night to listen to podcasts and leave them running so i dont wake up everytime the kids roll over or grunt.
    Usually 20-30% left in the morning!

    Kogan has been fined dearly for their misleading ads. I would be too careful buying anything from their website, especially products like earphones/buds as there's a lot of scope there of getting counterfeit chinese products.

      For generic ones, sure. These connect to an app and have some fancy functionality that would mke them much harder to counterfeit.

    Thanks alot for posting stuff about Kogan being shady. I was very close to buying these earbuds. Fake earbuds are all over the Facebook marketplace too. I thought Kogan was Legit. But unfortunately,,

      Kogan will generally refund if you prove them to be fake. You can check videos to see whether you have fakes and can chat with samsung to check serial numbers too

      Reading about this, it has turned me off buying them from Kogan. As much as I wanted Galaxy Buds+ and under $100 I'm not willing to take the gamble. I think I have only ever bought 1 thing from Kogan and that was about 10 yrs ago!

        I feel very confident while buying from Amazon because their return policy is best. Also, never had issues regarding genuineness of items from Amazon

    I guess paying extra $4 here if you have ebay plus membership, would be getting from Microsoft store for $103.20. Get swap gift cards from shopback and will give another 5% discount. Ends up as $98. Beating this above deal.
