Spend the extra $80 and get the Bosch Blue kit that bunnings have going on currently, as discussed here
    Why?
    6 year warranty
    13mm chuck vs 10mm
Bigger battery than these two combined
More powerfull drill 55nm vs 40nm

Yep, or spend $99 on the Ozito equivalent and get 5 year replacement warranty

      • I have this. I'm not a heavy user, so it's worked out for me really well so far!

    • Thanks. I need advice on the same matter. Actually this one costs less than 110 after cash reward, and have 2 batteries.

    • Huh. The batteries look the same…. Weird.

      Wonder if they're compatible.

  • whats everyones experience with black and decker these days? Don't seem them as often anymore

  • Thanks.
This one or the $200 Bosch Blue selling in Bunnings (Brushless Hammer Drill 55Nm with a 5Ah battery)?
I'm not quite in need of a brushless one, but I thought of buying a hedge trimmer/lawn trimer in the future, and Balck&Decker seems not having DIY level products for those.
    Thanks again.

  • How does this compare to the Bosch one (Bosch Cordless Hammer Impact Drill UniversalImpact 18) on sale as well for approximately the same price?

    https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08665QKV8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_g…

    • Green for light home use and blue for the trade.

      Go blue.

What no one has mentioned re bosh/B&D/ozito is that you are buying into an eco system with the batteries. If you have a one time use need or know you will NEVER want to add an impact driver, rotary hammer drill, grinder, blower, multi tool etc then it does not matter.

      • Do B&D have garden tools like Bosch have?

        • yes they do, they're on amazon. i'm tempted to buy some thats why i asked above but not many people seem to use it these days

          • @maulmonk: It shows $199 for me. Not sure how to get down to $119.
If it's $199 I think I will go with Bosch
            I have nothing cordless yet

ones an impact driver, designed for screws etc.
other is an impact wrench, designed for sockets

    • +1

The cheaper one is 20% more powerful as per their specs :D
Other than that, that's only the head - you can buy one and then buy an adapter to make it work as the other.
