Initially I thought it was not an amazing deal, but looking into the FAQs the upload rates appear to outshine most provider's.
Yeah I am very interested in changing my NBN from Vodafone to them but don' want to pay the early termination charge + also loose 4G backup.

Uniti's uploads are the same as everyone else.
I am with Alinta and they are good, however I am with tangerine for the internet and they are also good. Tangerine are less than these prices for uniti
Tangerine charges 74.90 for NBN 100 for the first 6 months. Then price increases to $90 per month. That's not cheaper than Uniti which is $80 per month ongoing rate.
I just went to their website and there's the code on the front page UNITI10 for '$10 off p/m of all plans plus 30 days free' for 12 & 24 month contract.
So I think it's probably better than the Alinta code.
I think I pay $55 for 50mbps so less than uniti

Alinta Energy and Energy Australia are both owned by Chinese conglomerates, who could care less about Australian customers.

If you say 'they could care less', that means that they are capable of caring less than they currently do, which implies they do care somewhat
'couldn't care less' means that they literally could not give any less (profanity) :)
Their 100 plan says average evening speed is 78mbps. This is pretty bad comparatively isn’t it?
I've been with Uniti LBNCo since Jan 2020. Great support and somewhat reliable until last week where there were 3 full outages across Australia. Some people on whirlpool said they received an SMS with more info, but I never got anything. Called them and left my number with the automated prompt and never got a call back. Raised a ticket about this issue and they responded with:
No other details on the ticket whatsoever. I assume it it still open (even tho my internet connection is back) but haven't heard from them since.
