Inkbird Heatproof BBQ Gloves $22.09 Delivered @ Inkbird eBay

230
BBQGLOVES

Good price on these heatproof BBQ gloves. They are pretty decent. Asked the Inkbird rep after another member asked the question … so here you go.

IMHO : I do not recommend doing what the Photoshopped #4 picture is showing, in picking up full bore flaming logs. These are not entirely fireproof. The silicone bits can burn off. Just use these to pickup really hot things.

Why are you the way that you are?

      • +2

Because he gets attention in the form of your reaction. I guess you haven't had kids.

You'd guess wrong. Maybe I wanted attention, so that's why I replied.

    • Inkbird has a name and reputation but seems you likely can do far better price wise.

I’m inclined to agree, I got these from Amazon for close to half the price and they are great and came with some extras https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B08QNJV91B/ref=ppx_yo_d…

      • Love how the Amazon Locinoe gloves are #1 best seller yet don't have a single review? Might just grab a pair :)

  • Heatproof is a bold claim

    • Not really as regular cotton quilted oven mitts are classed as heatproof or heat resistant but I doubt very much they could handle over 500c or less without getting ouchy very quickly?

  • My log does not judge

  • I have similar ones (but they were $10 3yrs ago). what they're really good for is oven mitts, especially pulling cast iron pots out of the oven, or crackling (which is spitting hot oil).

They're also handy when handling hot grill plates.

  • I have the BBQ Pit Boys branded ones from Aldi and they work great!
