Maybe not spend related after all. Just read rainbowbutterfy's comments and he/she spends less than we do but got an offer. We got the same as kajke. Zero. Not fussed, but interested in how their incentives work.

I never activate these offers. I find it better to skip them and wait for a bonus offer.

Free is free, but just remember the 5x points translates to a 2.43% cashback.
But it's not free. If you activate and use it, you wait longer for a good bonus point offer. You get FAR more from waiting.
Whats a bonus point offer? I usually activate these, but never spend that amount unless I was going to anyway..so point offers are always just that to me — extras.
If you don't get bonus offers that means you use your card too much. So far, I've had come through, 3 time the 5x offer, 2 times a 30, 40, 50 a week spend for 6000 points and 1 times a 4 week by 80 spend for 7000 points. Nothing yet on the other accounts. We normally spend 100 a week, so I have activated the two 30,40,50 offers, which nets 12000 points for 240 spend over the next 3 weeks or 25% off groceries we would buy anyway and then I pay with discounted gift cards because they track credit cards used to pay. All up I have 11 accounts that we rotate use of as we get offers. The longer a card goes unused, the bigger points offer they give. Booze offers are on top of this. I always buy beer when they give a 2000 of 50 offer so I get a 20% discount on my beer that normally sells for 51. Play them at their game. Make them earn the data they get from you.
@bigspike: Oh okay. I do get those offers, but I only spend about $30 a week on groceries and dont spend more just because of offers.

Nothing on my app. Just a couple of BigW things.
Mine is odd, spend 30 next week 40 the week after and 50 the week after that (so $120 all up) and get "up to" 6000 points.
I got two of those. It's 'up to' because you don't have to spend every week to get some of the points. It was 1000 bonus for 30 in the first week, if you didn't continue for the other weeks.

I have had a range from 15 - 16% off. The best one is 31% - 3100 points on $50 spend. It's been months since I have had one as good as this.
