    beat me to it :)
Technically better than 50% off as its 160 off on 299.95. But amazon and Sennheiser have it for 149.95 so not sure about the savings compared to RRP.

    • +3

Technically it's worse than 50% off as these have been available for ~$150 elsewhere all year.

      • +2

Yup I said the same thing.

      • +4

Also $146 on eBay since 12 May and hasn't sold a single unit sold in those ~8 weeks.

      • Sennheiser 400BT White is $146 on Amazon

With Prime free (usually) next day delivery!

From my personal experience comparing to the Galaxy Buds Plus: Better audio, better mic, less comfortable

But others may have a different experience.

  • anyone compared these to jabra?

    • +1

I have 75t active, and they are better in about every way

sound quality may be a bit more crisper on cx400, but as a bass lover nah, 75t give me everything I can hear on public transport, plus they have ANC. and ipx.

cx400 is sure not an upgrade from 75t

      • The 75t's were better in most respects apart from the audio. The CX400's are on a different level if you like your tunes. Trouble is they're a bit of a one trick pony in that regard.

        • yeah pretty much what I said.

I had V-Moda's over ear, they had fantastic sound quality but lack of ANC just kills it for me.

if you live in a quiet area and don't have to commute, choose Sehnnheiser

        • also as a musician who went through dozens of various setups, I must admit that going with jabra 75t I can hear nuances in misic that I haven't noticed before, so they aren't totally worse in sound signature

I've had a pair for about a year now, find them much better than the 65t that I tried of a friend's for mic and sound quality, though I've always been partial to the sennheiser house sound.

  • Does anyone know whether it can connect 2 devices at same time and automatically swap to phone when has a incoming call?

    • +1

1 device at a time only, though you can toggle it from the Android or iOS app quite reliably which is nice. Jabra I think is best at bluetooth multipoint (what you're describing).

      • Thanks budy.

its 149 everywhere.. 299 my ass

    • 299 my ass

      Too cheap.

      • What's the going rate, do tell? ;-)

  • Anyone have a recommendation for a wireless BT headphone that is good for everyday use + long distance running?

    • +1

I'm happy with the Jabra 65T I bought a couple of years ago. Decent sound, secure in the ear, splash resistant. Call quality is okay, not great. They don't have ANC (later models do) but they seal out noise very well. There is a pass through option to hear the traffic around you (double press ear piece to toggle) or you can just wear the right one.

Not saying it's a bad deal, just be aware that it has been as low as $126.65 in March. Also $149 at TGG/Amazon/Sennheiser as previously mentioned.

    • Correct, this isn't the best in ears from Senny you guys have been hearing about, those are the "momentum true wireless 2"

This is a different set that isn't even part for the same momentum product line.

Don't buy expecting that kind of sound.

I wonder if they they are easy to fall out from the ear or not? Does anyone have one of these already that can share EXP?

    • +1

I do a bit of long distance running, have a pair of these and find them great, do not really move or fall out much at all for me with stock tips. I might adjust once or twice on a 1 hour run just to get really good seal for bass.

      • Thanks for the feedback… =)

Good pair of earbuds at this price. JB is probably clearing out some stock for the new CX True Wireless which comes with IPX4 rating and better battery life

  • +4

Just be aware that these are about to be replaced with a newer model with better battery life + waterproofing at a cheaper price: https://en-us.sennheiser.com/cx-true-wireless

    • That's US$130 + tax, so will probably come in to AU at a bit higher price point, good to note though.

Looks pretty much identical, I wonder if they just got the same product waterproof rated 😆

  • Are these noise cancelling?

    • no

    • +1

Nope, but the isolation is pretty good passively imo

      • Great thanks, but will wait as many are saying a new cheaper but better version is coming up.

  • +1

Check out Tozo T6 wireless at

    https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07RGZ5NKS/

for only 42.49 and it has IPX8 which means you can wash the earbuds and the case in running water and runs 6 hours on a single charge. This may be a better and cheaper alternative with more functionality. Reviews are great.

  • Is this a good device for voice calls - ie. meetings and whatnot? I'm using the galaxy live buds and I find that a ton of background noise even if it's very faint makes it into the microphone very loudly - so I'm looking for better quality wireless earphones that have some kind of noise isolation that picks up the person talking but not the stuff in the background as much.

  • +1

Best in-ear headphones I've ever had. Slightly deeper base, better noise cancelling and better mid range. Really happy with them. Still not as good as a decent over ear set. But for the size amazing
