Order placed on 23rd June… Still waiting for shipment details
As others have said watch out for processing times. I only today got a shipping notification for an order from 3 weeks ago… and while it has a tracking number AusPost don't recognise it.
I get we are in a pandemic, but some of the timeframes just seem to be lazy staff or management not getting enough workers in.
Don’t buy via there online store, takes 6 to 12 weeks to get your order, and they don’t care.
Had items never arrive when last shopping with Rivers online, had to launch a PayPal claim where their rep blatantly lied about me having already been refunded. Couldn’t provide any proof though. Got a full refund eventually from PP but took a lot of stuffing around. Horrible customer ‘service’.
Mate it's been 3 weeks since I placed an order, where is the promised "will be shipped in 5-7 business days"?
ridiculous processing time!!! placed order on 24th june.. still processing! gave me a free $20 voucher to purchase online on full priced item to compensate! Ha ha ! What a joke!
Sounds like they're trying ramp up cashflow without delivering. Still waiting on my order despite supposed escalation. Poor form.
The stores have cheap blenders and airfryers along with the elcheapo clothing now. Starting to look like Dimmeys
Getting desperate…Pathetic Customer service. Order placed Last month - contacted customer service team more than 5 times, only verbal promises no further developments. I'd suggest NOT to buy from these guys ever again!!

mate improve order processing times before promoting your stuff here. Made an order last month, its not even shipped yet.
