    On a customer service level I do not recommend shopping with these guys. Purchased something about 6 months ago, website said in stock dispatch date within a few business days. Took them 2 weeks to send the item. If you call their phone number it doesn't answer, IVR recording just blames covid and says send online query. They took about 1 week to reply to my online query. Their Google reviews are quite bad too, people encountering the same issue as me.

      Sorry for your experience we got totally overwhelmed during the first wave of COVID and there was significant supply issues as well which we had never had to deal with before..

      We have since made significant improvements to our processes and fixed much of these problems. I applogise for the poor experience you had.

        Thanks for your acknowledgement, I feel like covid was an acceptable excuse in 2020 but not so much throughout 2021.

        Are your phone lines back open or is it all online queries only?

          Yes our phone lines are open.

          We have adjusted our phone process to be more efficient we have reception staff who take the calls and channels it to the appropriate department.

          So we answer as much as humanly possible and call back everyone who calls us if someone isn't available at the time.

          Emails are honestly better for us as we can deal with 10x the amount of customer enquiries vs the phone however we acknowledge this is a service many customer want and so far this system seems to be working well.

    Terrible experience dealing with these guys. Order wasn't fulfilled weeks after ordering, phones turned off, no response to any emails. Only eventually got my money back via PayPal dispute because they didn't post the item or refund me, and ghosted me completely.

      Hi Mattapie,

      During COVID we had a 11x increase in demand which ramped up over the space of just a few weeks. Unfortunately we did not have the resources as a company to deal with such an increase in demand coupled with significant supply disruption.

      This did take some time for us to over come.

      We are sorry for the poor experience.

    I bought an air filter in February and it was sent quickly and arrived safely. Far cheaper than anywhere else. I usually don't leave comments but my experience here was good - however I didn't need to contact support.

    Do not recommend purchasing from this lot. Almost scam-like how they operate. False information about delivery times and zero communication. Still trying to get my money back!
    And this was only 5 weeks ago - nothing to do with their Covid lockdown excuses.

    I had a similar experiece pre covid. Items weren't actually in stock and took weeks to deliver. Multiple times I was told it was en route when it wasn't.

    I also don't recommend dealing with them. Absolute negative customer experience. They don't understand how to do business and manage processes. covid excuses.

    I too have had a bad experience and will never use them again. Dont answer phones or emails. Not a way to run a business.
