Amazfit also makes the Xiaomi Bands so this is pretty much an upgraded version of the Mi Band 5. But the Amazfit has the extra SpO2 sensor and Amazon Alexa and has a day more in battery life than the Mi Band 5.

I needed to upgrade from Mi Band 4 and wanted an assistant in my next watch but with the changes to the wear OS, I didn't want to buy something that is not going to be supported in a year. So I'm hopeful this will get me through till the next Smart Watch generation comes out.

      Own the global version. Can confirm it has Sp02 and Alexa. No NFC

          It measures Sp02 while you're sleeping and provides an sleep oxygen rating in the morning but otherwise i believe its manual readings only.
          The third party "Notify for Amazfit" app adds a bunch of additional functionaility and appears to have options for continous Sp02 monitoring but i'd rather enjoy a longer battery life.

              @chyawala: Wow - i havent seen that option. Honestly though, like most people i dont suffer from any specifiic blood oxygen related disorders or sleep apnea and only ever score between 95%-100%. i find it a really underwhelming metric and wouldnt be upset if the next version dropped it for something else like skin temp.

    this, or miband 6 or Honor Band 6 ? I've owned miband 1 & 2 but both popped out while on the go ages ago.
