Also saw this at Nunawading yesterday

      Nuna what?

  • You will have to ring them up and see if you can click and collect.

  • +7

Just a FYI…. This is Atomic version which have less power compared to standard models. But the plus point is bit smaller body and lighter weight.

    • +1

ITT - always read the comments

    • Atomic is wider and heavier. The 'compact' marketing is false, watch the Youtube videos.

  • +3

Everyone’s piecing them out n selling it on fb lol

  • I dont know much about these tools, is $299 a good price?

    • +4

Yes, $299 is a good price if you don’t know much about these tools

    • Each piece worths say $100+ plus charger and battery. And actually you might sell them separately for
      500+ if you are lucky.

No to mention you may purchase it as a tax deductible expense for traders, but sell for cash.

Yes it is a great deal as long as you can sell them.

      • or you need them to use….id run off and get some now but i have all them already

    • Okay thanks guys, was just thinking whether I should replace my dodgy cordless Chinese made tools, battery lasts 15m max!

Anyway if they are still available after the lockdown I will buy.

      • For the price, yes. Even though it's DeWalt's lower end range, they're still good tools. This price is a definite bargain.

    • It's OK value… but I'd prefer more powerful models… you don't need the power until you do…

  • No timber no need for these?

  • +1

Ummm aren't we supposed to be in Lockdown?

    • Bunnings is open for trades and carpark collect only.

      • +1

Posting a bargain for in store seems very much against the spirit of a lockdown and could add to the growing number of exposure sites.

These kits are available outside of VIC. My local Bunnings in Nth Queensland has heaps of them, noticed them yesterday when I was there.

Then call me the lockdown grinch.

          • +1

@Manny Calavera: Take lockdown seriously or it'll end up like NSW, or worse yet the UK. Difference is they are vaccinated.

        • In Victoria you won’t get in the Store. You can, only, click and collect and only if the store is within 5 km of your home address.

  • is this better than stanley?

    • +2

      Definitely

  • Enquired on phone with Bunnings Northland - cannot purchase over phone and so no click & collect for this deal - must have powerpass to get served at store

    • Not true I ring and pay over phone and just rock up to click n collect area this is allowed

  • +1

Dodgy opportunists are already trying to resell on FB market for $350. HAHAHA

    • I think they were already selling in late June at bunnings for 349

  • Can I purchase online and collect from those stores and ask them refund me the differences?

  • Any around Sydney?

    • went to my local Bunnings in Kingsgrove, nope, $399.

    • +1

Grabbed one at Rockdale this morning for $250, there were about 6 left this morning.

Was going to post to post the deal this morning but unfortunately was way too busy and ended up forgetting. Sorry Ozbargain.

      • Why the damn random prices.

      • Great find!

  • saw this in lidcombe

  • Hi all

Watched a few videos on the 18v Dewalt Atomic line and the general consensus is that it's really about the same power as the cheaper low end 12V Makita / Bosch Blue line. It might look like their high end drills and drivers and roughly the same size and volts but it's not. Worst thing is that it's bigger and not compact at all than the Dewalt high end models so if you think less power is ok because it's 'compact' and smaller thus will be easier to use, it's not, it's less power, bigger and heavier.

  • I saw 5 of this in gregory hills nsw yesterday but dewalt dcz1080p3-xe also on clearance at bunnings gregory hills for $1499 is that a good deal too? Wasent sure if its worth it.

  • Hi,
    Edwardstown SA. $299. Plenty stock.

  • These are in stock at Melville WA. Great deal thanks OP

  • Anyone got this for $249.xx can post a receipt please ?

  • Any luck with stock in Brisbane, QLD?

    • +1

Have stock in Keperra at 299. Thinking about if I should get this or other one at the same price but with the "higher end" drills, 2 battery's and no saw.

  • +1

Went to my local Bunnings today (in Vic) and this is still at $299 tempted but have to get it past the ministry

    • Which bunnings?

      • +1

        Chirnside Park

        • Thank you OP and @Matt88. I managed to pick up one from there during lockdown for my DIY project.

          • @azm: I ended up getting one myself yesterday just before lockdown. Now to sell off the impact driver (probably won't use) and the charger (have 2 already) to soften the purchase price
